The Manager, Global Channel Communications is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that engage, inform, and enable global channel partners. This role works cross-functionally with channel marketing, regional teams, enablement, product, and corporate communications to ensure consistent, compelling messaging that supports partner growth and business objectives worldwide.
Key to this role’s success will be the ability to streamline and clarify the messages we are communicating while translating complex initiatives into clear, partner-ready communications across multiple regions and channels.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a global channel communications strategy aligned with business priorities and regional needs.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for partner-facing messaging across programs, launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Ensure message consistency, clarity, and alignment across all partner touchpoints.
- Create and manage partner-facing communications, including:
- Global announcements and updates
- Program and incentive communications
- Product and solution messaging
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, regions, and partner routes to market.
- Partner with regional teams to localize content while maintaining global standards.
- Collaborate closely with channel marketing, product marketing, sales, enablement, and corporate communications teams.
- Act as a trusted communications advisor to global and regional channel stakeholders.
- Gather input from multiple teams and synthesize it into clear, actionable communications.
- Own and optimize partner communication channels (e.g., partner portals, newsletters, email, social media).
- Measure engagement and effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve communications.
- Manage multiple concurrent communications workstreams with tight deadlines.
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Drive process improvements to streamline content creation and approvals.

What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in communications, channel marketing, or partner communications.
- Experience supporting global, regional, or partner-led organizations.
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Use of AI tools actively and fluently across day-to-day work, including developing content and messaging, building and maintaining frameworks, data analyzation, and effective communications.
- Experience in B2B, technology, or channel-driven business models.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers, MSPs, alliances).
- Experience working with global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
- Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
