Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most critical business needs, by way of providing Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Operational Accounting services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables, including providing appropriate direction and supervision to junior team members
- Prepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risks
- Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations
- Lead and train junior team members
- Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings
- Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology tools
Desired Skills & Experience
- Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)
- Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvements
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing teams and projects
- Business consulting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)
- CPA and or MBA beneficial
- Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficial
- Minimum 5 -7 years consulting/industry experience required
- Some travel is required (about 25%)
