Job Description:

Position Overview

The Manager, Experiential Marketing is a strategic project leader responsible for shaping experience design across campaigns, launches, and concurrent experiential initiatives, including internal events. This role manages production teams, operational logistics and planning across concurrent experiential programs. You will manage vendor relationships, agency coordination, and operational partnerships across experiential ecosystems.

From large-scale marketing events to curated internal celebrations and cultural programming, this role requires both experience design and operational excellence. In close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, the Manager translates business priorities into scalable, inclusive, and engaging experiences.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Program Management

  • Manage experiential initiatives from concept through execution

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners on event concepting, programming, scheduling, production coordination, attendee relations, technical checks, and post-event reporting

  • Maintain project documentation, production timelines, and operational trackers to ensure efficient event execution

  • Confidently lead cross-functional meetings and create event status and recap decks

Internal Programming & Employee Engagement

  • Manage planning and execution of internal programming including employee celebrations, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development programming

  • Provide on-site leadership and executional support for priority events

  • Confidently manage day-to-day agency/vendor communication, as assigned

  • Manage the financial and legal lifecycle of experiential activations including vendor coordination, contracts, and budget tracking

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or project management

  • Strong understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics

  • Track record of delivering complex projects requiring strong project management skills, ability to work across multiple teams, attention to detail, and accountability

  • Passion for gaming, cultural trends, and experiences/events

  • Proficient in influencing multiple stakeholders and building excellent working relationships

  • Able to travel, including international travel, and work long hours and weekends as needed

  • Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Track record of managing high pressure situations and exuding confidence

  • Results oriented, collaborative problem-solver, and self-motivated

  • Well organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or live-event environments

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, a strategic thinker

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
