Ideal Enterprise Solutions Engineering (SE) Manager candidate must be a hungry self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS Sales and knowledge of technology. Must be able to explain complex information and concepts in a simple-to-understand and practical business context.  The candidate will be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must possess strong teaching and leadership skills to maximize the performance of his/her team. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally verbally as well as in written communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support sales efforts in client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations based on a solid understanding of customer business processes and workflows

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of inside Solutions Engineers

  • In collaboration with Solutions Engineering leaders, implement new processes with Enterprise SEs

  • Measure and hold accountable Enterprise SE team to performance standards

  • Identify and institute processes to reduce rejection rate and improve sales close rate

  • Review demos, provide feedback, and enforce demo quality standards for Enterprise SEs

  • Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each Enterprise SE

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales team to quickly address challenges

  • Marry technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with Sales Acumen in order to help close business and thoroughly educate customers on the product

  • Offer creative solutions to complex workflows against specific business requirements

  • Intimately learn industry and use cases for ServiceTitan for a Home Services Business; Background in Home Services a plus

  • Maintain a general understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to articulate and demonstrate why ServiceTitan's product is the best-in-class solution for the service industry

  • Responsible for understanding Product Roadmap and be able to speak eloquently to upcoming releases and implications for business owner  

  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and relay information to Sales Team

  • Ability to reposition customer objections and explain workarounds for workflows not inherent within ST  

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ Years in Solutions Engineer Role at a SaaS company

  • Proven track record of success at previous companies

  • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus

  • Strong background in Accounting a plus

  • Experience working with and presenting to internal/external C Suite Member

  • Ability to manage project timelines, hold yourself and others accountable deliverables

  • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people

  • A desire to learn and apply these learnings into your day to day

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $174,000 USD - $186,200 USD + commission. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
