Be part of the connection:
You inspire teams of Business Development Representatives through mentorship, sales prospecting training and feedback. Using your expertise in managing new and existing clients, you outline how our unique combinations of voice, data and video infrastructure simplify client businesses. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
  • Recruit, train and guide your team to exceed monthly activity and referral goals.
  • Monitor client contact acquisition and conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews of activity and performance.
  • Manage all aspects of the prospecting sequence, performing special projects and managing long-term business opportunities.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new opportunities while reviewing the quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Optimize processes and develop new campaigns with Sales and Marketing to attain aggressive pipeline goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Two or more years of competitive sales development management experience; Proven record of sales success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Knowledgeable in using Salesforce to analyze marketing campaigns; Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals; Understanding of Enterprise level voice and data telecommunications solutions; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Organizational, time management, relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to continuously hire, onboard and train new sales representatives.
