Homemade / WMX is Warner Music Group’s merchandise and e-commerce services division, focused on helping artists connect with fans through merchandise, physical music, touring, vip ticketing, retail, licensing and direct-to-consumer experiences.
We work at the intersection of creativity and commerce, partnering with artists, managers, and label teams to build thoughtful, high-quality products and experiences that fans care about, and marketing them to drive revenue and add value to our clients business. Your Role:
The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing CRM, fan engagement, and digital growth initiatives that drive merchandise revenue, increase fan lifetime value, and strengthen direct-to-consumer relationships across artists. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, fan experience, and CRM operations, helping evolve merch marketing from campaign-based execution into a scalable lifecycle marketing program.
Merch Revenue and Fan Growth
Support and execute digital growth strategies for merch with a focus on revenue generation, repeat purchase behavior, and fan retention.
Develop and execute merch-focused digital growth initiatives that drive conversion and repeat purchasing.
Manage and optimize fan lifecycle programs from acquisition through repeat purchase.
Lead segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle optimization efforts across digital channels.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Campaign Ideation and Fan Experience Design
Conceptualize merch campaign mechanics, fan incentives, and engagement initiatives.
Design loyalty programs, anniversary activations, and surprise-and-delight experiences.
Contribute to the development of scalable campaign frameworks across artists.
Partner with creative teams to align fan experience with performance objectives.
Apply fan insights and behavioral data to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
CRM Operations and Fan Technology Optimization
Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of CRM and fan engagement technologies.
Act as a key CRM platform administrator and subject matter expert.
Help configure, optimize, and maintain systems supporting fan acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of emerging fan engagement technologies.
Build internal knowledge and best practices across CRM and fan engagement platforms.
Collaborate with label marketing and global marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
Cross-Functional Impact
Collaborate closely with merchandising, label marketing, creative, e-commerce, and operations teams.
Share fan insights and performance learnings that can support broader artist marketing initiatives.
About You
3–5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce marketing, or fan engagement.
Experience supporting revenue growth through CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
Experience working with artist management companies, labels, or entertainment brands.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Laylo, Cobrand, and related fan engagement tools.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new marketing technologies and platforms.
Strong understanding of fan psychology, loyalty mechanics, and lifecycle marketing.
Highly analytical with a creative, growth-oriented mindset.
We’d love it if you also had
Knowledge of CRM and fan data tools including Cobrand, Laylo, and Klaviyo.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic paid social campaign execution.
Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
