Manager, Data & Analytics (International Expansion)

We're looking for a Manager of Data Analytics who will play a pivotal role in identifying and accelerating international growth opportunities through thoughtful analysis, experimentation, and strategic insights. This role sits at the intersection of data and global strategy — supporting FIGS’s expansion into new markets and enhancing our understanding of customer behaviors across regions. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across International, Marketing, Product, and Operations to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and help FIGS better serve customers around the world. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented & technically capable, with strong communication skills to present data-driven recommendations & advanced insights across all levels of the company.

What you’ll do:

• Lead international analytics efforts by synthesizing complex, multi-country data into clear, actionable insights that support FIGS’ growth strategy.
• Analyze customer journey behavior and transactional health across platforms and countries to help drive customer acquisition, retention, & LTV globally.
• Partner with the International team to uncover cultural and behavioral differences across regions, using exploratory analysis to identify market nuances and surface data-driven strategies to senior leadership.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver market intelligence and data-driven insights that inform strategic planning, guide international growth, and shape decisions on market prioritization and global customer strategy.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses & optimize marketing/site performance that drive revenue and enhance customer experiences
• Create dynamic reports & dashboards, complete ad hoc analyses, etc. to help business partners make faster and better insights, backed by data.
• Work closely with the broader Analytics and Data Engineering team to create well-rounded analyses leveraging various skill sets and viewpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in a data analytics or strategy role, with 4+ years focused on growth, customer, or full-funnel analytics
• 4+ years experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
• 4+ years experience programming with SQL and relational databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) with intermediate to advanced knowledge
• Proven ability to transform complex data into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to C-level leaders
• Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
• Desire to continually keep up with advancements in data team practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in international markets or global roles
• Background in marketplace analytics, ecommerce, or DTC consumer brands
• Experience with R or Python

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience. 

Additional Compensation and Benefits
