The Creator Marketing Manager will help implement the creator marketing strategy by managing relationships with creators, overseeing the daily operations of creator-led campaigns, and ensuring these efforts align with the broader creator marketing objectives.
This role will work closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to build and maintain strong creator partnerships, facilitate smooth campaign execution, and support event activations. The Creator Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on schedule and in accordance with the brand’s global standards.
Job DescriptionCREATOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Manage day-to-day relationships with creators, ensuring their ongoing engagement and alignment with the brand’s objectives.
Support the Director of Creator Marketing in identifying new talent, maintaining a strong pipeline of creators, and expanding the creator roster.
Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, providing guidance and support throughout campaign execution.
Ensure creators are fully informed and properly equipped to deliver content that aligns with Red Bull’s brand values and goals.
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SUPPORT
Oversee the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams (including media, marketing, and product) to ensure creator campaigns are fully integrated into the broader marketing strategy.
Monitor and report on the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
Ensure all campaigns comply with Red Bull’s global guidelines and legal standards, collaborating with the Director to resolve any issues that arise.
EVENT COORDINATION & CREATOR HOSTING
Help plan and execute creator-led events, ensuring that creators are featured in key brand activations and experiences.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to identify strategic events and activations where creators can be leveraged to maximize engagement.
Provide comprehensive support to creators at events, managing logistics and ensuring their participation aligns with overall brand objectives.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with the CRM and Operations teams to ensure that creator data and campaign performance are tracked and reported accurately.
Work with the Media Insights team to gather relevant data and metrics to inform campaign decisions and measure their success.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that creator campaigns and activations align with broader marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
GLOBAL ALIGNMENT & BEST PRACTICES
Ensure that all creator marketing activities are in line with Red Bull’s global guidelines and standards.
Share best practices and learnings with the global and regional teams, contributing to continuous improvement in creator marketing strategies.
Support the Director of Creator Marketing in applying global insights to local markets, ensuring campaigns are relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a strong focus on campaign management.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators.
Demonstrated experience overseeing the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and effective performance tracking.
Proficient in using CRM systems and campaign management tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
