About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager to lead our Corporate Sales channel team. This management position will be responsible for leading a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) supporting our inside sales organization. The ideal candidate will implement channel strategies that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem while coaching and developing CAMs to achieve success within our Corporate Sales motion.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and develop a team of Channel Account Managers supporting CrowdStrike's Corporate Sales organization

  • Execute channel strategies aligned with Corporate Sales objectives and company-wide partner initiatives

  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue and partner engagement

  • Ensure effective collaboration between CAMs and Corporate Sales teams

  • Provide regular coaching and mentoring to CAMs to drive quota achievement and professional development

  • Work closely with Corporate Sales managers to align channel and sales priorities

  • Oversee partner enablement activities within the Corporate Sales segment

  • Implement and maintain standardized processes for partner engagement

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Technical teams to support channel initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology field

  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization

  • Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding of inside sales motions

  • Proven track record of team leadership and performance management

  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationships

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team revenue targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing channel programs in a high-growth SaaS company

  • Previous experience in inside sales or corporate sales environment

  • Channel program certifications

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $74,000 - $115,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
