As Manager of Community Solutions Sales at Spectrum, you will develop and execute strategies that expand our footprint with property owners and communities. By guiding a team of Account Executives, you will oversee acquisition, retention and win-back initiatives that advance Spectrum's position. Your leadership will directly shape long-term business relationships and propel our continued success.
How You'll Make an Impact• Direct and motivate Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, fostering achievement of sales goals and quotas• Oversee the monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to ensure efficient execution• Coordinate and communicate Community Solutions activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues• Analyze market conditions and manage portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs• Manage staff selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline and compensation recommendations• Ensure sales commission plans are compliant and aligned with company objectives• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to maintain contract administration and compliance for Community Solutions accounts• Develop and implement programs that enhance Spectrum's reputation and build long-term relationships with property owners and industry associations
Working Conditions• Office-based role with travel up to 25% as required

Required Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience• 7+ years of sales management experience• 5+ years of project management experience
Skills• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English• Demonstrated leadership qualities• Advanced knowledge of Spectrum products and services• Proficiency in automated reporting and analysis applications
Preferred Qualifications• 2+ years of management or leadership experience• Industry-related experience preferred• Experience in residential property management or real estate development is a plus
