About the role
At Klook, we're on a mission to give travelers a world of joy from attractions and tours to local transportation and staycations. We’ve upped our game when it comes to the products ready for people to explore, and we need someone to help bring it to market.
Every day, Klook’s supply team lands fresh experiences, coveted tickets, and time-sensitive deals across the world. From eating tours in Rome to Shinkansen journeys from Tokyo, your job is to turn that inventory into scroll-stopping campaigns that live across Klook web, app, CRM, and owned channels. We're looking fpr a multi-hyphenate campaign manager who will be a combination media planner, project manager, and brand manager—owning each campaign from brief to post-mortem.
What you’ll do
  • Media Planning (35%)
    • Decide which activities, placements, and messages win limited real estate (hero banners, in-app cards, email, push, social).
    • Build quarterly and sprint calendars that ladder up to revenue and margin targets.
    • Optimize flights, bids, and creative rotation based on live performance and A/B tests.
  • Project Management (30 %)
    • Orchestrate content, rollout plans, and deliverables through launch with internal teams and agencies.
    • Track timelines, budgets, and dependencies; surface risks early and keep leadership in the loop.
    • Liaise with supply leads to optimize inventory, negotiate deliverables, and lock budget.
  • Brand Management (25%)
    • Write tight, effective briefs that balance merchant needs with Klook brand strategy.
    • Design campaigns that help drive merchant goals while still resonating with our target audiences.
    • Partner with Content team, Ops team, and Supply team on copy, design, and compliance.
  • Measurement & Insights (10%)
    • Partner with our Ops team to create dashboards for our campaigns to track ROI and other KPIs.
    • Present learnings and next-step tests that fuel the campaign roadmap and future initiatives.
    • Continually audit and improve our owned-channel tech stack for speed, reliability, and experimentation capacity.
What you’ll bring
  • 3–5 years planning multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (web, app, social, CRM); marketplace or e-commerce a plus.
  • Proven media-planning chops: comfortable allocating budget, forecasting ROI, and tweaking in-flight.
  • Project-management rigor; adept at juggling multiple launches and stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
  • Data fluency in GA4, Mixpanel, Braze, Looker, or equivalent; Excel/Sheets ninja.
  • Storyteller who can brief creatives and write conversion-minded copy.
