The Manager, Brand & Partnerships is responsible for transforming Red Bull’s brand initiatives and partnerships into cohesive, high-impact social media campaigns, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you will serve as Red Bull USA Social’s primary point of contact for brand and product initiatives, media partnerships, brand partnerships, and creator marketing projects. You must exercise exceptional judgment, patience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to balance the needs of the media network, the business, and the engagement preferences of our target consumers.

You will work as part of a team of producers, editors, and channel managers, while also guiding production teams and sharing best practices with cross-functional partners. In collaboration with the Director of Social Media, you will define how campaigns are brought to life across Red Bull’s social platforms. You will ensure that all brand and partnership social content aligns with Red Bull’s creative standards, platform best practices, and audience expectations. This role is instrumental in advancing Red Bull’s brand in the U.S. by shaping how the product is marketed and how we collaborate with other culture-defining brands in the broader ecosystem.

This role requires in-office 4 days a week in Santa Monica.

Job Description

BRAND NETWORK AND PILLAR LEADERSHIP

Lead social campaign planning and execution for Red Bull USA’s brand initiatives and product launches, working closely with Communications and Marketing teams to refine key messages for target audiences across all social platforms.

Partner with the Programming team to translate brand objectives into channel-appropriate content strategies, ensuring feasibility, creativity, and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop production and post-production schedules that align with publishing timelines and goals.

PARTNERSHIPS & BRAND COLLABORATIONS

Lead social campaign planning and programming for Red Bull USA’s social channels across Brand Partnerships, Media Partnerships, and Creator Marketing partnerships, with the goal of integrating Red Bull–managed social media channels.

Creatively develop content executions that incorporate partners while remaining authentic to Red Bull’s brand perspective and social media strategies.

Develop and implement collaboration tactics that align with Red Bull’s broader marketing and business objectives.

Provide partners with clear post-production and programming timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and are scheduled within the broader content calendar.

CONTENT PRODUCTION AND PROGRAMMING

Lead the development of high-quality, platform-appropriate social content for Brand and Partnership initiatives across channels including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Work directly with internal and external production teams to guide creative direction, oversee edits, and ensure high-quality final deliverables.

Collaborate with internal channel managers to coordinate content calendars and incorporate feedback.

Ensure all content reflects current platform trends, audience behavior, and Red Bull’s tone of voice while meeting Brand and Partnership objectives.

Serve as a creative catalyst for internal teams and the wider business, driving innovation and content development that aligns with audience behavior.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Be a strong collaborator and professional representative of the Red Bull USA Social team when working with key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

Use sound judgment to determine when to be flexible and when to be firm when Brand and Partnerships objectives are in conflict.

Interpret and clearly communicate prioritization decisions to key stakeholders, ensuring the broader Social team understands them and that they align with overall business objectives.

Provide strategic guidance to the wider organization on how Brand and Partnerships content should be presented and integrated across Red Bull’s social channels.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING

Use internal tools and Audience Insights to track the performance of Brand and Partnership content against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Turn findings and insights into improved future strategies, content approaches, and programming decisions.

Define success metrics for each campaign or collaboration, ensuring that all activations deliver measurable results that support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships

Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact campaigns that increase social media engagement and brand awareness

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for implementing content programming plans on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels

Strong creative judgment and the ability to guide production teams

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams

Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines at the same time

A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
