Position Summary:
The Manager, Brand Partnerships & Campaigns will lead the development and execution of bold, insight-driven 360° marketing campaigns across the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Naturium, Well People, and Keys Soulcare.
This role is responsible for bringing integrated campaigns to life across all key channels (digital, social, ecommerce, influencer, retail, and paid media), ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression across multiple brands and audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across the e.l.f. Beauty brand portfolio
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, Sales, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging
- Own and manage campaign planning and marketing calendars, aligning key launches, brand moments, and cross-brand initiatives
- Develop and lead creative briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, messaging, and deliverables for internal teams and agency partners
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (including agencies and creators) to deliver best-in-class, culturally relevant campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and translate consumer, community, and channel insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging appropriately across multiple brands and target audiences
- Identify and support brand partnership and collaboration opportunities that elevate awareness and cultural relevance
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment
- Continuously bring forward innovative, disruptive marketing ideas that push boundaries and drive engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel, 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, ecommerce, and retail
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry (experience across multiple categories—color cosmetics, skincare, wellness—is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or product lines simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus
