The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching team members, utilizing their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will be expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will also analyze and identify linkages within systems, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies for managed services processes and tools
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution of business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing automation frameworks to enhance operational performance and service delivery
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement to address conflicts and drive successful outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Engineering
- Demonstrating experience in real estate fund accounting, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and US GAAP/IFRS reporting
- Utilizing real estate accounting platforms and financial reporting technologies, including Yardi, HFM, or similar solutions, for consolidations, data mapping, and reconciliations
- Excelling in business process automation and improvement
- Demonstrating proficiency in automation framework design and development
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive operational excellence
- Managing complex projects with a focus on timely delivery
- Embracing digital transformation and innovation in managed services
- Leading teams in operational performance management and risk documentation
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
