In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by: 

  • Performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements 
  • Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output 
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards 
  • Assisting with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Skills: Basic reading and writing, math skills are essential, organization, communication, team oriented, problem solving, and flexibility.
  • Experience:  Set up positions & inspection certification preferred 
  • Knowledge:  Computers, Statistical Process Control (Charting & gathering data), Gauges, measuring devices, Chemicals & materials, read a route sheet, Read Blueprints, Decision Making, Work scheduling, Troubleshooting, Quality - within defined tolerances/parameters

The hourly range for this position is (Low: $39,200.00, Mid: $49,300.00, $54,600.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
