Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Alhambra Post Acute

Location: Martinez, CA
Pay: $37–$43 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions

  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans

  • Provide direct nursing care and support to residents

  • Assist with assessments and care planning processes

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications
  • Active California LVN license required

  • CPR certification required

  • Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
