Prepare and serve meals, set up and strip trays, operate and monitor dishwashing equipment, maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, stock groceries, prepare snacks, and assist cooks and supervisors.

Oversee dietary department operations in a long-term care facility: plan menus, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, manage budget and inventory, hire/train/supervise staff, coordinate with clinical teams, perform nutritional assessments, and maintain documentation and QA processes.

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting: administer medications and treatments, monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions, assist with assessments and care planning, collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members, and ensure compliance with nursing regulations.

Prepare and serve meals and beverages, deliver and collect trays, ensure proper portioning and presentation, maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness, follow food safety and infection control, and support dietary staff. PM, evening, and weekend availability required.

Participate in a facility-approved CNA training program; assist residents with grooming, dressing, hygiene, meals, mobility, and infection control under licensed nurse supervision; observe and report condition changes; maintain a safe environment; attend and complete training coursework while demonstrating professionalism and compassion.

Provide medically related social services to residents: assess social and emotional needs, support care planning and discharge coordination, connect families with community resources, schedule outpatient services, document per regulations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.

Oversee facility resident assessment processes (MDS/PDPM), ensure timely accurate assessments, lead PDPM meetings, create clinical reporting, track QM/QASP, review MDS/PDPM claims, provide training and regional workshops, and coordinate interdisciplinary MDS completion for new admissions.
