We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to join our Materials Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Manager, Materials Management, the Logistics Specialist is a remote role within these 5 markets: Austin, Denver, Boston, San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of assets and ancillary materials across the supply chain to support data center deployments globally.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, rate negotiation, and shipment scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and customs requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and compliance with service level agreements.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports, providing insights to leadership.
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless flow of materials and information.
- Address and resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- Assess and mitigate potential shipping risks, including delays, damage, or loss of goods, and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Stay informed about global logistics trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Relevant certifications such as CLTD, CSCP would be a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exposure to—or interest in—cloud services, data center, networking and various types of server technology would be a plus.

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
