Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity.

We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Operations department is hiring a Logistics Manager (Global Sales Order, POC & RMA Supply Chain) to lead and transform our global supply chain operations, driving digital innovation across sales order fulfilment, POC logistics, and reverse logistics to serve 86 countries from our Singapore hub.

In this role, you will:

  • Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust.
  • Lead end-to-end global sales order fulfilment across 23 international locations, managing inventory allocation, transfers, and supply chain strategy while tracking KPIs such as OTIF, cycle time, and inventory turns to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Own the complete Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle—from asset management and provisioning through QA validation and return logistics—partnering with Sales Engineering to maximise utilisation and automate workflows in NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Manage the global RMA process, optimising reverse logistics workflows and coordinating with vendors and support teams to minimise turnaround times and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, developing carrier strategies, optimising global routing, and ensuring full trade compliance including IOR/EOR, export controls, and customs documentation.
  • Manage IT hardware procurement, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with Finance and Operations on demand forecasting and inventory planning across the global network.
  • Own and continuously improve NetSuite and Salesforce logistics processes, driving automation initiatives, API integrations, and AI/ML-powered insights to eliminate manual work, improve data integrity, and accelerate supply chain decisions.
  • Lead the digital transformation roadmap for supply chain operations—designing and implementing end-to-end process automation across order fulfilment, RMA, POC, and inventory, and building BI dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into performance and risk.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with hands-on responsibility for global operations spanning multiple regions.
  • Proven experience managing Sales Orders, POC logistics, and RMA processes, ideally within a technology or hardware company.
  • Strong expertise in 3PL management, global freight, and trade compliance, including IOR/EOR, customs operations, and export controls.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, with a track record of owning and improving logistics workflows within these platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate manual processes through automation, workflow redesign, or system configuration—with concrete examples of measurable improvement.
  • Proven experience contributing to or leading a digital transformation initiative in a supply chain or operations context; this is a non-negotiable mindset requirement.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in or with the APAC region, ideally Singapore, with familiarity with regional trade flows and logistics networks.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS implementations, API/EDI integrations, or hands-on use of AI/ML tools for supply chain applications such as demand forecasting or inventory optimisation is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience of using AI‑enabled tools as part of day‑to‑day work activities to improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑
  • Ability to work effectively with AI‑assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement and accountability for outputs.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS/ASCM certification is advantageous.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
