Locals.org offers creators a powerful way to build a thriving, sustainable community around their work by providing creators with all the tools they need to build, run and grow their community and income stream — from events and memberships to payments and chats — in one trusted platform.
Role Overview
As a Peer-to-Peer Sales Representative, you will leverage your credibility and experience in your niche to introduce Locals.org to other professionals in your field. Your goal is to educate peers on how Locals.org can help them simplify routine business operations, create offerings, host experiences, events, sessions and engage with their community.
This is a targeted sales role focused on industry professionals, not consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Locals.org to professionals within your niche and market.
Build relationships with peer experts and demonstrate how Locals.org supports their business.
Onboard new professional hosts onto the platform and support their first steps.
Identify influential professionals who could thrive as community leaders on Locals.
Ideal Candidate
You are an active professional in fitness, wellness, health, life coaching, therapy, personal development, or similar fields.
You have credibility, experience, and existing peer networks in your industry.
You feel confident selling value to other professionals, not to clients.
You understand how experts monetise communities, experiences, sessions, workshops, or meetups.
You have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales experience is helpful but not required — trust, professionalism, and peer respect matter more.
Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Compensation
Fixed base payment for fulfilling ambassador duties.
Commission (%) for each professional successfully onboarded and activated (recurring each month).
Why This Role?
Monetise your professional network while supporting your industry.
Help peers access new revenue opportunities and audiences via Locals.org.
Position yourself as a connector and leader within your niche.
Flexible, autonomy-driven work that fits into your existing professional life.
