About the Role
We are seeking a Local Customer Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth across key local markets in the United States.
The role focuses on acquiring and managing local logistics and e-commerce customers while building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Acquire customers from:
- Warehouses and fulfillment centers (3PLs)
- Local e-commerce sellers
- Retail and distribution businesses
- Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplace sellers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred
- Proven track record in customer acquisition
