The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience and the ability to independently manage case responsibilities from inception through trial. This individual demonstrates critical thinking, accountability, and a proactive approach to supporting attorneys while delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm, including exposure to toxic tort, product liability, or complex litigation matters
- Experience with e-filing (ECF), PACER, Westlaw, and managing discovery and trial preparation
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)
Salary/ Wage Range - $80,000- $105,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off.
