Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, linehaul management, fleet operations, or logistics planning
  • Strong understanding of trucking operations, carrier management, and transportation networks
  • Experience managing transportation KPIs, carrier performance, and operational coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
