We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.

About PCH

PCH runs a growing commerce, membership, and sweepstakes platform. Customers engage with us across shopping, membership, rewards, and sweepstakes, which gives us a lot of room to build personalized customer journeys. Lifecycle marketing is one of the main ways we grow conversion, repeat purchase, membership, and lifetime value.

Role Summary

You'll own lifecycle and retention marketing across email, SMS, and membership communications. You'll do both the strategy and the hands-on work. You'll own what happens after a customer registers. Do they make a first purchase? Become a member? Buy again? Stay? Come back after lapsing? We measure this role by those outcomes, not by sends, opens, or clicks.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the lifecycle roadmap. Find the biggest opportunities across the customer journey and bring them to the team, rather than waiting for someone to hand you a brief.

  • Build and optimize automated flows directly in Klaviyo. That includes trigger and event logic, segmentation, entry/exit and suppression rules, coordinating email and SMS, and personalization.

  • Build behavior-based segments by lifecycle stage, purchase history, membership status, engagement, and customer value.

  • Run membership programs: onboarding, benefit adoption, churn prevention, cancellation, win-back, and upgrades.

  • Run a steady testing program. Every test starts with a hypothesis and a target KPI, and ends with documented learnings and a next step.

  • Own the campaign calendar and QA process, especially during high-volume promotional periods and sweepstakes deadlines.

  • Own lifecycle reporting. Connect CRM activity to conversion, repeat purchase, retention, churn, reactivation, and LTV.

In Your First 90 Days

You'll audit our current lifecycle and Klaviyo setup and map the customer journey. You'll also set baseline KPIs, launch or improve the highest-priority evergreen flows, and show measurable progress on at least one major conversion or retention metric.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or ecommerce marketing

  • Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience, including building complex flows from strategy through implementation

  • Email and SMS experience in an ecommerce and/or subscription/membership business

  • A track record of measurably improving retention, repeat purchase, conversion, churn, or LTV

  • Strong analytical skills and experience running structured A/B tests

  • Shopify or Shopify Plus experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and QA discipline

  • The ability to work independently and drive your own priorities

Nice to Have

Experience in sweepstakes, rewards, loyalty, or promotional ecommerce. Experience with membership platforms such as Appstle, Skio, or Recharge. Experience with CRM migrations or building a Klaviyo program from scratch, and with Meta audience activation from CRM data.

This Role Is Not

A newsletter or email production role, or a strategy-only role that hands implementation to agencies. This is an ownership role.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
