About PDQ
PDQ, founded in Salt Lake City, UT, USA, makes device management simple, secure, and Pretty Damn Quick. IT teams use our products to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and enhance control in their unique environments. We are backed by TA Associates and Berkshire Partners, top-tier global private equity firms.

Our Core Values:

  • Honesty: You communicate transparently and build trust through your actions.
  • Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes and follow through on commitments.
  • Collaboration: You value diverse perspectives and work effectively across teams.
  • Improvement: You actively seek opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate.

Location

  • Remote, US - This position is open to candidates residing in any of PDQ’s open states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

About the role:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager sits on PDQ's Customer Marketing team and works hand in hand with Demand Generation. You will own our webinar program and lifecycle events, and build integrated campaigns that reach both customers and prospects. Your programs have two jobs: help existing customers discover and adopt more PDQ products, and bring new logos into the pipeline. You will report to the Customer Marketing team manager and act as the connective tissue between Customer Marketing and Demand Generation.

Why this role matters:

In this role, you'll turn PDQ's customer base and prospect audience into pipeline, directly impacting cross-sell revenue and new logo growth.

How you might spend your day:

  • Run our webinar program end to end: topics, speakers, promotion, live production, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Treat webinars as a channel to grow, not just a series to run: test formats (live, on-demand, series, customer panels), measure what converts, and scale what works.
  • Build lifecycle events and campaigns that help existing customers adopt additional PDQ products and drive cross-sell pipeline.
  • Define how we segment customers for lifecycle programs (product owned, maturity, team size, renewal stage) and tailor topics, invites, and CTAs for each segment.
  • Design integrated campaigns that span prospects and customers, coordinating audiences, offers, and timing with Demand Generation.
  • Track registrations, attendance, engagement, and sourced pipeline for your programs, and adjust based on what the numbers tell you.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and strategic goals.
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback, learning, and innovation.

We're looking for people who have:

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Experience running webinar or virtual event programs end to end, from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and webinar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoom Webinars, ON24).
  • A track record of driving measurable pipeline; cross-sell, expansion, and new logo.
  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing to IT or other technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with campaign reporting and attribution in Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Who you are:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable owning goals that span two teams and keeping both aligned.

Why You'll Love Working at PDQ:

PDQ offers all of the great perks and benefits you'd expect from working at a very cool tech company, and even some you might not expect, including:

  • 4-Day Work Week
  • Equity Participation
  • Managers who champion professional development
  • 100% Premium Coverage for medical, dental and vision for you and your dependents
  • 100% Premium Coverage for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
  • Company Match of the first 6% of your employee deferrals
  • Flexible Paid Time Off Policy that treats you like the adult that you are
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and wellness incentives
  • Quarterly Company Values Award (team member nominated)

Equal Opportunity Employer

PDQ is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, provincial, state, or local law. Work Authorization and Sponsorship

The majority of PDQ's full-time roles do not qualify for sponsorship of employment visas such as the H-1B visa. This applies to scenarios where a candidate might possess temporary work authorization during their schooling or after graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT), but would require H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment to retain eligibility for employment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
