Oversee resource allocation and coordination for facility maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects. Manage personnel, materials, labor, financial resources, and maintenance activities using Maximo or similar systems. Track project status, inspections, deficiencies, and long-range maintenance plans while coordinating stakeholders, contractors, and project teams. Prepare reports and recommend solutions to address resource constraints and improve efficiency. The role requires onsite work in a secure government environment and an active Secret clearance.

Coordinate and support DoD live and synthetic training missions: plan and schedule range assets, produce training materials, brief users, conduct demonstrations and debriefings, maintain range utilization data, and train on display consoles.

Design, integrate, operate, and sustain LAN/WAN, fiber, and telecommunications systems for NSWC Corona programs. Troubleshoot lab and field networks, support secure communications, implement cybersecurity compliance (STIGs/RMF), develop documentation and network diagrams, and support on-site integration and test events.

Perform technical analysis of grid-based and geospatial data, interpret maps and coordinate systems, validate datasets, create simple scripts for data processing, compile reports, and support engineers and senior analysts. Work is onsite and requires an interim secret clearance to start.

Provide systems engineering and integration support for DPRI/NSWC Corona range systems, including RF, fiber, power, mechanical, and communications; perform site surveys, installations, testing, documentation, cybersecurity (RMF/IV&V), and field deployments CONUS/OCONUS while collaborating with government and contractor teams.

Design, develop, integrate, and sustain software for complex, defense-related systems. Work with hardware teams on system architecture, interface definitions, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Provide periodic on-site support at NSWC Corona for hardware/system integration activities.

Administer, secure, and modernize enterprise Windows and Linux server and network environments. Manage DNS, DHCP, Active Directory/GPOs, patching, OS upgrades, SQL databases, DISA STIG compliance, and automation (PowerShell). Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with engineers, cybersecurity staff, and stakeholders to support mission-critical operations.

Lead RMF/C&A and ATO efforts for DoD systems: prepare and maintain authorization documentation, assess and implement security controls, ensure continuous monitoring and compliance, develop policies and training, coordinate cybersecurity activities, support audits and configuration management, and provide guidance to technical staff and stakeholders.

Lead administration and sustainment of Windows and UNIX/Linux systems in a secure DoD environment. Manage RMF/ATO efforts, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation (ACAS), patching, configuration management, CCB/change control, and enterprise infrastructure. Prepare RMF accreditation packages, support audits and continuous monitoring, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with IA personnel and government stakeholders.

Provide systems engineering support for AMBIT/SIS programs: requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, modeling/simulation, verification/validation, and sustainment of RF, telemetry, IT, and cybersecurity systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation to support deployment and operational decision-making.
