Lending Operations Senior Manager - Portfolio Execution Leader Credit Servicing

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end credit servicing functions supporting Market Coverage, overseeing a team responsible for servicing activities post origination. The position also plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation integrity for all reportable loan actions.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and develop the credit servicing portfolio execution function for Market Coverage West Region, with full accountability for daily execution, hiring, development and retention of team members.
• Lead the Credit Servicing PES team with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability-promoting a culture of responsiveness, accuracy, collaboration, and urgency in support of RMs, PMs, GCET, and cross-functional partners.
• Execute Credit Servicing responsibilities consistently and accurately across BLASTand nCino portfolios, adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong ownership of Credit Servicing workflow management by ensuring timely assignment, accurate tracking, and prevention of past-due or unassigned items through effective use of Servicing tools and trackers.
• Ensure all covenant tracking, Reg B documentation, financial statement processing, payoff requests, collateral releases, and tickler updates are completed within SLA and aligned to the defined Credit Servicing operating model.
• Identify and escalate operational, data-quality, and credit-related risks promptly, reinforcing adherence to established playbooks and contributing to a stronger control environment.
• Deliver clear, concise, and timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on escalations, workflow risks, system issues, and required follow-ups.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying workflow gaps, process inefficiencies, and system issues, driving fixes in partnership with CBO, GCET, technology, and business partners, and ensuring consistent adoption of updated tools and processes.
• Achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, cycle-time reduction, and overall employee and client experience in alignment with the CE&E Vision.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of commercial banking products, including associated credit practices and operating risks
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in nCino and Loan IQ
- Strong workflow management expertise within commercial loan closing environments, including the ability to prioritize, reassign, and balance deal pipelines in real time
- Hands-on experience in credit monitoring activities, with the ability to oversee, coach, and improve end-to-end execution processes
- Experience using dashboards and operational tools (e.g., SharePoint) to manage incoming work, track progress, and assign resources
- Ability to lead through change and operate effectively within a defined target operating model
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations with sales partners, explain constraints, and negotiate alternative solutions to meet client needs
- Proven ability to serve as the operational "face to sales," balancing execution realities with customer and business priorities
