What we are looking for

We are in search of an experienced Legal Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment to support our Legal and Leasing teams. This person must be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable with ongoing data entry projects that require strong technical abilities and accuracy. Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills are required to succeed in this role. Top candidates will be familiar with key legal principles and contract structure, with the ability to interpret clauses and exercise sound judgment.

What you’ll do…

  • Carry out contract review, execution, and management procedures
  • Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents
  • Analyze contracts, find key terms, and interpret clauses
  • Perform data entry within company systems, predominantly Google Drive, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Asana
  • Maintain, update, and routinely audit databases and tracking systems
  • Pull reports as needed
  • Daily scheduling, note-taking, record keeping, and project management
  • Organize information and generate reference tools for easy use
  • Attend to diligence requests
  • Support corporate legal needs, including resolutions, certificates, entity formation, state filings, and other governance requests
  • Ad hoc legal research projects

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting a legal department
  • Real estate experience preferred 
  • Firm understanding of contract structure and contract lifecycles
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills in software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adjust to changing project priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • A commitment to providing superior service
