About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team in managing our corporate filings, records and licensing portfolios. The position will interact with vendors and business stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure compliance, and manage expenses.
As a Corporate Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to develop and provide input on department process improvements, system enhancements and other actions as needed to support rapid business expansion.
What You'll Do
- Receive, process and gather requirements for all new and renewal licensing requests from the business, including notification to vendors and stakeholders as appropriate
- Prepare, file and manage business entity records, filings, renewals, and other documents as needed
- Provide support for standard corporate agreements including, but not limited to, non-disclosure, marketing and independent contractor agreements
- Perform legal, regulatory and business-related research under the direction and supervision of an attorney
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 2+ years of experience in a legal support role
- Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office and legal matter management software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
