Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate a wide range of key commercial agreements, including the company’s
  terms of service and order forms, vendor agreements, partnership deals, and others
• Create and evolve contract templates, clause libraries, and other similar tools to boost the
  efficiency and repeatability of the company’s legal processes
• Collaborate with the company’s other teams on sales, marketing, media rights,
  employment, and other legal and policy matters
• Work with the General Counsel to develop and shape the company’s legal
  processes as one of the company’s first in-house lawyers

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience as a transactional attorney dealing with a wide range of commercial contracts
• Licensed to practice law in New York or California
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly with lawyers and non-lawyers alike
• Experience in start-up or other fast paced work environment preferred
