Recruit attorneys across multiple states from sourcing through signed offers. Responsibilities include building targeted pipelines, conducting multi-channel outreach, running discovery and sales calls, explaining complex products, testing recruiting channels, analyzing funnel data, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and closing and handing off candidates. The role requires attorney recruiting or sales experience with law firms, strong sourcing and communication skills, pipeline discipline, and the ability to meet hiring targets in a fully remote environment.
The Role
You will join a small team that owns hiring attorneys from outbound sourcing through a signed offer. You'll build a pipeline in target states, run your own outreach, take the calls, schedule next steps, and keep every deal moving.
You'll work directly with our Managing Attorneys, operations, and product teams. You set the pace, and you'll have real room to try new channels and ideas.
What you'll do
- Source relentlessly. Build state-by-state attorney lists from LinkedIn, bar directories, associations and anywhere else lawyers show up with an expectation of creativity.
- Run outreach with a cadence. Multi-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn, text and phone, tested and tuned until you get replies.
- Take the call. Run discovery and sell calls with practicing attorneys, answer hard questions live, and handle objections.
- Explain a complex product simply. Make our modern and unique business model simple to understand in a single conversation.
- Find new channels. Test job boards, communities, referral loops and partnerships, and cut what doesn't work.
- Read the data. Find where the pipeline leaks and where an untapped state or segment is hiding, then act on it.
- Keep a clean pipeline. Every candidate, stage and next step is current in Salesforce, every day.
- Close and hand off. Move candidates through screening, interviews and offer, then pass them to Managing Attorneys and operations ready to start.
What You Bring
You have either recruited high-level attorneys or sold software or services to law firms as a top-performing account executive. Either way, you've carried a number and hit it.
- Experience recruiting attorneys at a firm, agency or legal tech company, or a track record as a senior AE or closer selling to law firms.
- Sourcing skill: you find attorneys and law firms who aren't looking and get them to respond.
- Written and verbal communication that earns a lawyer's respect in the first message.
- Comfort on live sales calls: discovery, objections, and a clear ask.
- Practice at explaining a complicated product in plain language.
- Creativity with channels. You've found candidates or leads where others hadn't looked.
- An analyst's instinct for spotting opportunity in funnel data.
- Pipeline discipline. Your CRM or ATS is accurate without anyone chasing you.
Nice To Have
- A JD or deep familiarity with how attorneys work across states.
- Family law or consumer-facing legal experience.
- Experience opening new markets or hiring across many states.
- Salesforce experience.
- An existing network of practicing attorneys.
Compensation and Logistics
- Base: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience.
- On-target earnings: up to $140,000.
- Location: fully remote, anywhere in the US.
- Employer: Flare.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 days: You know our models cold, can pitch them on a live call, and have active pipeline in every open state.
- First 90 days: Your outreach and calls are producing signed attorneys on target timelines, and your pipeline is clean enough that anyone can read it.
- First year: You've built a repeatable engine that opens a new state fast, and you've found channels we weren't using.

With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
