Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Legal Counsel. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues, especially around employment law and compliance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and provide strategic legal guidance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment, and you will have substantial contact with external customers.

Qualifications

  • Substantial Employment Law Experience

  • Ability to provide Legal Advice and guidance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
