Primary Purpose
Ensures efficient case management by handling complex document workflows, performing targeted research, and coordinating multi-party meetings, contributing to accurate and timely legal processes.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Archives and updates legal records in the document management system, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Tracks filing deadlines for legal documents, ensuring they are submitted in a timely manner to meet regulatory and court requirements.
  • Communicates with stakeholders for the follow-up of documentation and administration matters on both new and existing cases.
  • Arranges and coordinates legal meetings, schedules appointments, and organizes travel arrangements for attorneys and legal staff.
  • Consolidates internal comments for communication with counterparties to finalize legal documents.
  • Performs general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • Required: 3 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Required: Ability to identify trends in documentation errors or process delays.
  • Required: Ability to interpret basic legal information to support downstream review.
  • Required: Ability to support consistency across legal administrative workflows.
  • Required: Knowledge of compliance and record-retention standards affecting legal records.
  • Required: Knowledge of multiple legal document types and administrative requirements.
  • Required: Skill in maintaining accuracy while managing higher volumes of work.
  • Required: Skill in resolving routine administrative issues without escalation.
