Lead reliability assessments and root cause investigations, perform FMEA, monitor reliability KPIs, develop maintenance and spare-parts plans, recommend corrective actions, pilot and scale reliability programs, and report improvement roadmaps to leadership to increase asset availability and reduce maintenance costs.

Provide legal counsel and manage complex litigation matters defending the company in personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and business disputes. Advise business units on risk mitigation, manage and coordinate outside counsel, track legal documentation, resolve regulatory disputes, and develop legal strategies to balance compliance and business objectives.

Lead reliability strategy and programs to minimize equipment failures, extend asset life, and reduce maintenance costs. Drive root cause analyses, develop KPIs and statistical models, implement predictive maintenance and condition monitoring, standardize maintenance practices, evaluate reliability technologies, interface with vendors, and lead internal reliability audits to ensure safety, compliance, and operational resilience.
