About the Team:

We are a dynamic group dedicated to onboarding talented chefs and their recipes into the CookUnity platform. From training chefs on our tools to refining recipes that meet company standards, portfolio and supply chain needs, we ensure a seamless integration into our ecosystem. Our work bridges the gap between culinary creativity and operational excellence, bringing exceptional dishes to life!

The role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of culinary training programs across our national commissary operations. This role ensures consistent food quality, safety, and efficiency by coaching teams, standardizing procedures, and supporting innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver hands-on culinary training for kitchen teams nationwide
  • Develop SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding processes
  • Partner with culinary leadership to improve quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Support rollout of new menu items and operational changes
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance team performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in culinary leadership or training, preferably in high-volume or commissary settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and production systems
  • Working proficiency in Spanish required to support occasional training sessions and cross-functional communication
  • Excellent communication and team coaching skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

CompensationAll final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$90,000$105,000 USD
