Job Description
The Learning team at JPMorgan Chase is embarking on a transformative, multi-year journey to redefine how we empower our employees through learning. As the Learning Lead within Corporate and Investment Banking Global Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a global learning strategy that promotes engagement and supports our learning culture. Operating within an Agile development environment, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and Human Resources to ensure our learning solutions are data-promoten, innovative, and responsive to change. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating an environment where employees are inspired to develop new skills, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the ongoing success of the firm.
Job responsibilities
  • Act as the primary learning consultant for the aligned business function, developing a deep understanding of its unique needs, processes, and strategic priorities to ensure learning initiatives are relevant and impactful.
  • Refine and execute the business-aligned learning strategy, translating organizational learning objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes that support foundational skills and knowledge.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that learning solutions meet business expectations, project objectives, and deliver tangible value to the organization.
  • Lead project delivery for learning initiatives, serving as the client-facing representative and maintaining clear, ongoing communication with business leaders regarding strategic outcomes and progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset, ensuring skill progression remains a top organizational priority.
  • Oversee the execution of comprehensive new-hire and continuing education programs, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, digitization, and innovation.
  • Measure outcomes and evaluate the business impact of learning solutions, leveraging data to learn, iterate, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ensure all learning and development activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources/Learning Development space.
  • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts while leading a team.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management; proven influencing skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and/or talent development with Inclusive leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels.
  • Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Role may require domestic travel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Operational-focused industries preferred, especially in Treasury & Middle Office Organizations.
