The Learning Business Partner for Financial and Retail Hardware are responsible for the development, delivery, and quality of hardware-focused training for the global Field Service Technician population. This role serves as the primary interface between functional business stakeholders and the learning development ecosystem, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, high-quality training solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary learning business partner for hardware focused Field Service Technician training
  • Act as the key liaison between Learning and Development, Engineering, Services Leadership, and Customer Teams.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable learning solutions
  • Lead and manage hardware training initiatives from intake through delivery and global release
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, and milestones across multiple stakeholders and concurrent efforts
  • Partner with external content development vendors to ensure alignment to requirements and standards
  • Review, validate, and approve all hardware training content prior to global deployment
  • Ensure training quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance for a global audience
  • Consult and advise on complex, cross-functional learning and workforce initiatives across the organization
  • Lead needs assessments and program design, including instructional strategy and solution architecture
  • Oversee program development, delivery, and facilitation as needed
  • Manage programs end to end, including planning, resourcing, pricing, and funding
  • Prepare and present learning and execution strategies to senior leaders for alignment and approval
  • Research and apply internal and external best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, including instructional design and delivery of web based, instructor led, and virtual instructor led training.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Travel: 25 % quarterly within US and potential international travel.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal workload efficiently
  • High attention to detail and quality standards

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 to 110,000. 

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
