The opportunity

Our Learning & Development (L&D) team helps employees across the company grow their skills, contribute meaningfully, and stay engaged through learning experiences that evolve with the business.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our training operations by maintaining systems, researching and developing learning content around soft and leadership skills, and delivering live training sessions. This is an ideal role for someone with early experience in corporate training or HR who is ready to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-moving environment.

What you'll do
  • Support day-to-day L&D operations, including maintaining user records and ensuring training and resource materials in our platforms are current and aligned with business needs
  • Create training content in various formats (written, video, etc.) and design training frameworks for different course types
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, managing logistics and communication with learners
  • Monitor participation and completion metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and recommend follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with team members to identify skill or knowledge gaps, evaluate feedback, and enhance training effectiveness through visual dashboards and stakeholder reports
  • Research new training tools, formats, and trends to keep learning programs fresh and engaging

Who you are
  • 1–3 years of experience developing training content, including building and facilitating leadership and soft skills trainings
  • Experience in training, human resources, or a related administrative or coordination role is preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze and report on sustained program success and impact
  • Experience using or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups and facilitating interactive sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with solid organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range
$65,000$85,000 USD
