Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimization
  • Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
