Provide information regarding existing developmental programs and products. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts. Curate learning paths when requested. Perform skills analysis to identify development opportunities. Assist with development gap identification and recommended solutions. Forecast future development needs to meet business strategies.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires:
1) Using a human resource management system
2) Project, program, and performance management
3) Conducting needs analysis, developing strategic plans, tracking executing progress, and presenting project/program deliverables to stakeholders

5) Utilizing HRIS to conduct analysis on HR programs 6) Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
