Key Responsibilities
- Advise the yearly and extended sales planning efforts, setting demand expectations, growth approaches, investment priorities, and account-level planning suggestions aligned with business goals.
- Lead strategic account planning for key customers by working alongside Sales Leadership and Account Executives to establish scalable account planning frameworks, governance, and review procedures.
- Develop practical insights from customer, competitor, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, emerging risks, technology trends, and market shifts.
- Establish and handle planning operating mechanisms, governance forums, planning cadences, and business review processes to improve planning efficiency and decision quality.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, departments managing business functions, and Market Insights groups to synchronize sales plans with forecasts, resource prioritization, and enterprise priorities.
- Drive the AI transformation of sales planning capabilities by applying sophisticated analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Develop executive-level business assessments, growth strategies, and planning recommendations for senior sales and business leadership.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing distributed team responsible for sales planning, account planning, customer intelligence, and implementing commercial strategy!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Confirmed experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Planning, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field.
- Confirmed experience leading enterprise sales planning, forecasting, or commercial strategy initiatives within a complex global organization.
- Validated capability to persuade senior executives and guide cross-functional projects in a sophisticated matrixed setting.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with experience applying market intelligence, customer insights, and financial data to inform business decisions
Preferred Qaulifications
- Experience within the semiconductor, technology, industrial, or other complex B2B industries.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Financial Studies, Engineering, or a related area.
- Experience overseeing and guiding strategic account planning programs along with commercial growth initiatives.
- Background in corporate strategy, consulting for business improvement, investment banking, or commercial transformation.
- Experience employing Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to boost commercial planning and sales efficiency.
