We are seeking a talented Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer with advance experience in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to join our team. The Lead Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on CPQ functionality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, including both technical implementation and business process design and strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as experience in CPQ.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and deliver complex Salesforce CPQ projects, driving solutions from technical design to production deployment.

  • Supervise Salesforce teams, including Engineers and Platform Administrators, while mentoring and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration and addressing business needs.

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting workflows and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend enhancements for improved business processes.

  • Oversee implementation and management of related tools like ZoomInfo, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and DocuSign.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes.

  • Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce platform engagement.

  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 5–7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including implementations and platform optimizations.

  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.

  • Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash workflows with hands-on experience in CPQ.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently, navigating ambiguity and providing clarity.

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including both technical implementation and business process design.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes without direct supervision.

  • Experience leading technical solutions efforts, including assessing requirements and architecting scalable solutions.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results in dynamic environments.

  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment

  • Technical expertise in developing solutions on Force.com using Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like DocuSign, managing workflows and ensuring compliance.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $219,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
