WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH   
In this role, you will report into the NA Director, TEAM. Our #1 priority is to outfit the athlete on the field, court or pitch. We will develop and maintain positive relationships with account dealers, athletic directors at high schools, universities or clubs, and other key partners such as, supply chain, planning and merchandising
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR   
Our team is looking for a Lead Sales Rep in TEAM to own and lead key account and institutional relationships for Nike. In this role, you will drive Nike TEAM market share by developing and maintaining strong relationships with Athletic Directors at high schools, universities and clubs, partnering with key accounts to outfit these institutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 
  • 6+ years of experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related industry. Experience in the TEAM industry or Sports Marketing a plus.
  • Ability to embrace change, act with courage, instill trust, think strategically, communicate vision and purpose, and foster effective teamwork.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, think on your feet & negotiate.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

In this role you will help bring Nike TEAM’s strategy of outfitting every athlete to life. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining deep relationships with key partners across your territory from clubs to universities.

As part of this team, we will be working with internal cross functional partners on the Go-To Market process to internalize the Global and Geography Toolkits with a focus on creating content to suit the accounts needs. You will be the expert in your region; know top teams / athletes / clubs by key sports. You will educate & partner with key accounts to ensure they are representing Nike to our standards. You will be negotiating with partners to flip or keep assets in Nike. On the daily, you may be tracking uniform deliveries, or negotiating with an AD, or partnering with SM, or out in the field meeting with our assets. This is not a 9-5 behind the desk type of role. In this role you get to be out in the market, making connections, ensuring the best teams are in Nike.
