Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. Your day to day is…
- Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within our Engineering org, from initial sourcing to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams for a full range of roles from Associate to Director
- Owning and acting as a technology SME, while remaining flexible to help out with other areas of the business as needed
- Monitoring the health of your pipelines, using data to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with others on solving recruiting challenges
- Partnering closely with stakeholders from across the business and proactively keeping everyone in the loop of current role status; fielding questions about process, market conditions, roadblocks, progress, etc.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging
You’ll be successful in the role if you have…
- 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end tech recruiting processes at all levels, with a strong focus on executive relationship building
- A deep understanding of the recruiting industry; you’re up to date on the latest market trends, recruiting tools and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and stakeholder at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills! You believe that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
- A metrics-driven mindset; you leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization. A few tools that we use: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday
- Passion for building inclusive, diverse teams; you utilize a variety of methods to attract the best talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to all
