Your Impact on our Mission:

At Zocdoc, we’re building the best experience for millions of patients to find a great doctor and for hundreds of thousands of providers to grow their practices. As the Group Product Manager for Zo, our AI-powered phone product, you will drive strategy, define success, and build & lead a team of product managers who are transforming how patients and providers connect.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the forefront of healthcare and AI innovation. You will shape the product roadmap, oversee the full product lifecycle, and build a category-defining experience that makes it radically easier for patients to book care and for providers to manage inbound demand.

Your day to day is… 

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Zo, Zocdoc’s AI phone platform
  • Build, lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers
  • Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, Sales, BD, and Operations to bring high-quality features to market
  • Continuously iterate on Zo using experimentation, voice-of-customer feedback, and product analytics to improve performance and user experience
  • Champion and implement best-in-class product development practices and team rituals

You’ll be successful in this role if you have… 

  • 7+ years of product experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products
  • 3+ years of proven management experience in recruiting, leading and developing a team of great product managers
  • Demonstrated success shipping complex, technical products that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and make informed product decisions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Startup experience as well as experience working with AI/ML technologies is a strong plus

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range
$180,000$260,000 USD
