What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Product for our Payment Platform who dreams of building and owning an ambitious internal payment product, defining the product vision, and forming a team focused on business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the product vision on an internal payment platform.

  • Drive checkout optimization initiatives, including experimentation and conversion rate improvements.

  • Continue building the internal payment platform to meet company and business needs.

  • Define product timelines and goals.

  • Create initiatives and agree on cross-functional targets.

  • Create and product plans and roadmaps in collaboration with senior management and colleagues.

  • Deliver product strategy and roadmap

  • Manage product launch planning and set expectations for the delivery of new features.

  • Implement a data-driven culture: from idea evaluation to tracking feature performance.

  • Bring together other product and cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.

  • Evaluate market competition by comparing company products against competitors.

  • Launch new complementary products to expand the capabilities of the core platform.

  • Communicate product changes to all company stakeholders.

  • Coordinate integrations and launches with payment providers.

  • Lead a team of Payment Product Managers to achieve results

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience building payment platforms is required.

  • Experience obtaining PCI DSS certification and deep knowledge of recurring payments and billing systems are a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management within dynamic and agile environments.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, designers, marketers, analysts, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence managers and other teams.

  • Strong business acumen and a genuine passion for using data to drive decision-making.
