This individual contributor will play a pivotal role in creating impactful business -to-business (B2B) marketing assets and content to attract, engage, and retain commercial and corporate merchant services customers. Reporting to the Marketing Senior Manager, Product Marketing, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and implementing best-in-class marketing programs, compelling promotional pitch materials and content supporting holistic integrated go-to-market strategies in the financial services and/or payments industry. In collaboration with Product and Sales Enablement, this role will partner with Merchant Services Sales, Treasury, Corporate and Commercial Banking colleagues to develop content and value stories that amplify the Merchant Services customer value proposition and deliver compelling product marketing assets across the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver promotional marketing materials, pitch decks and content with a heavy focus on value promotion and product storytelling for the Merchant Services Commercial Banking/Corporate Investment Banking (CB/CIB) customer segment.
- Create Merchant Services CB/CIB marketing collateral across the customer journey and collaborate with partners to leverage enterprise capabilities to develop new marketing assets and sales materials for Merchant Services consultants across channels.
- Develop, design and maintain pitch materials that help to communicate the value story of our products and help deepen existing Merchant Services customer relationships.
- Lead work across functional teams, partnering with leaders in sales, product and technology to achieve marketing objectives and deliverables with a focus on specifics for key industries.
- Understand the competitive landscape and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to translate insights into strategic direction.
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies related to marketing.
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of financial services value stories and the ability to continually refine product positioning and messaging in alignment with the segment-focused customer value proposition.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive business relationships, mobilize resources and cross-functional teams, and influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to gain buy-in for new ideas or initiatives.
- Proven expertise in commercial client segmentation including a strong knowledge of developing sales pitch materials and content.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including well-honed presentation skills and the ability to craft clearly written and effectively positioned content that can make complex technical subjects easy to comprehend.
- Well-developed grasp of product strategy, or product management lifecycle and landscape.
- Impeccable attention to detail with extensive experience in formatting, reviewing, and proofreading materials for content accuracy, effectiveness, regulatory requirements, alignment with overall messaging strategies, and adherence to brand standards.
- Experience with product strategy and a solid understanding of the product management lifecycle and market landscape, along with experience supporting and enabling sales teams.
- Organized with strong project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments; takes personal responsibility for producing deliverables under tight deadlines; works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Keen eye for design and experience managing the creative development process - including defining and refining project scope, developing and delivering creative briefs, and synthesizing and providing creative feedback.
- Problem solver with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex issues, conducting competitive analyses, leveraging market research data, proactively researching solutions, suggesting process improvements, and refining messaging.
- Strong risk mindset with proven ability to develop compelling marketing messages and deliverables while complying with complex regulatory requirements.
- Experience crafting enterprise B2B product marketing strategies within the financial services, payments, or technology sectors.
