About this team:
The Lead, Learning & Development Programs role is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous growth across our entire team worldwide. At Magnite, Learning begins during onboarding and continues throughout an employee’s tenure with the company. We strive for a comprehensive experience that ensures employees can meet the required outcomes of their roles, meet the needs of the teams they collaborate with, and advance their learning toward their personal development aspirations. Our learning ecosystem comprises a learning management system for virtual, asynchronous courses, in-person opportunities at our various office locations across the globe, virtual sessions facilitated by Magnite staff or external partners, and ad hoc opportunities as needs or interests arise. This role requires big-picture thinking, a desire to constantly revise and improve, and an ability to work with a wide range of needs and interests.
In this role you will:
Plan, develop, facilitate, and analyze all learning programs, including but not limited to post-day-one onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, the learning management system, facilitated programs from outside vendors, and internal initiatives
Design curriculum related to the company’s functional and professional competencies by combining original, bespoke, content and external learning vendors
Maintain the functionality of the learning management system, including managing user access, troubleshooting user issues, updating content and courses, and ensuring proper technical operation
Ensure timely updating of policy and process documents, training materials and tools (i.e. decks, PDFs, web-based learnings, LMS, and reference materials) to reflect feedback and company changes
Facilitate live and asynchronous onboarding processes for all new employees in tandem with People Business Partner and manager support
Support the relationships with external partners in our learning initiatives, such as content suppliers and platform administrators
Oversee the administration of annual compliance courses via the LMS and encourage timely completion from all employees
Partner with the People Business Partner team to determine the needs of each business unit and identify learning tools and resources accordingly
Collaborate with team members from across the company to address additional learning needs as they arise
Aid in the upkeep and maintenance of the company intranet by working closely with other administrators of the platform with a primary focus on content from the People Team
Evaluate and analyze the efficacy and efficiency of all learning programs to maintain high level of engagement with learning programs
Promote a growth culture within Magnite that emphasizes continuous growth and development, and adapting skill sets as needed based upon business needs
Participate and assist with other programming from the People team
We’re looking for someone with:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline; open to non-traditional backgrounds with equivalent work experience
Skills to conceptualize a project plan and complete the initiative in appropriate time parameters, excellent proficiency in project management
Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Track record in designing and executing training programs in both virtual and in-person environments
Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and has the ability to comfortably make sound recommendations using data in a complex, ambiguous, and changing environment
Comfort level with constant learning and innovation
The capability to pivot and adjust with the changing needs of the employees and the business
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization and to audiences with varying perspectives and needs
Some curriculum or learning design experience - eLearning formats a plus
Experience overseeing LMS systems
Familiarity with Workday is a plus
Exceptional customer service, time management, multi-tasking, and networking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong presentation skills

In CA and NY, the base salary range for this role is $105,000 – $125,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for:
Annual performance-based bonus
Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)
Comprehensive benefits package
