Manage US employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, insurance, FSA, COBRA, leave, wellness, and regulatory compliance. Oversee enrollments, invoices, budgets, carrier and broker negotiations, ACA filings, nondiscrimination testing, and Workday configurations. Analyze benefits data, support payroll and finance inquiries, manage vendors, communicate programs, and contribute to benefits integration, reporting, and change-management projects.

Manages and grows a portfolio of ad-serving clients by driving revenue, upselling SpringServe tools, onboarding and training clients, and optimizing yield. Builds consultative relationships across the CTV ad tech ecosystem, leads strategic business reviews, captures product needs, coordinates cross-functional execution, and tracks account activity in Salesforce. The role requires strong presentation, communication, organizational, problem-solving, sales, and relationship-management skills.

Own revenue and publisher accounting processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, adjustments, invoicing support, and month-end close. Execute SOX controls, support audits, analyze contracts and accounting variances, and prepare financial reporting. Partner with Financial Systems, Product, Engineering, and Operations on Oracle enhancements, system implementations, automation, and process improvements. The role supports complex publisher accounting and revenue recognition in a public technology company.

Lead design and delivery of scalable budgeting and pacing infrastructure. Build and maintain high-performance Java production systems, collaborate with engineering and product teams, apply data-driven decision making, and ensure reliability, observability, and continuous improvement of distributed systems.

Support month-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, maintain cash and fixed asset sub-ledgers, analyze financial statements, assess lease accounting, assist SOX and audit preparation, support FP&A and ad hoc accounting tasks, and provide backup to accounting leadership.
