About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter to own go-to-market hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful influence over how we hire. You’ll build candidate pipelines, run searches from intake through close, and partner directly with leadership to turn business priorities into clear hiring plans. You’ll help define what great looks like for each role, build practical ways to assess it, and keep hiring moving.

You should be comfortable sourcing hard-to-find talent, challenging assumptions, and bringing structure to a startup where priorities evolve quickly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the craft of recruiting and the opportunity to build a stronger hiring function.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle GTM recruiting. Lead searches across individual contributor and leadership roles, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offers, and closing.

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies. Find and engage talent across creative software, media and entertainment technology, cloud infrastructure, and other relevant SaaS markets.

  • Partner on hiring plans. Work with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, prioritize searches, and establish realistic timelines based on business goals and market conditions.

  • Lead thorough intake conversations. Clarify role scope, expected outcomes, required experience, compensation alignment, and the criteria that will drive hiring decisions.

  • Build effective assessments. Develop structured interview plans, scorecards, and practical working sessions that reveal how candidates think and execute.

  • Drive hiring decisions forward. Keep interviewers aligned, facilitate useful debriefs, and push for timely, evidence-based feedback.

  • Create a strong candidate experience. Communicate clearly, prepare candidates for each stage, and represent Suite’s product, opportunity, and culture authentically.

  • Own recruiting operations. Maintain accurate ATS data, improve workflows, and build processes that support growth without unnecessary overhead.

  • Use data to improve results. Track pipeline health, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring bottlenecks, then translate findings into action.

  • Advise leadership. Bring market insight and candid recommendations on candidate profiles, compensation, search tradeoffs, and hiring readiness.

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial ownership of GTM hiring at a SaaS or technology company.

  • A track record of hiring across several GTM functions, including sales and marketing, with experience recruiting senior or leadership talent.

  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines for specialized roles with limited inbound volume.

  • Experience operating independently in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.

  • Confidence in partnering with executives, asking difficult questions, and pushing back constructively.

  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple searches and competing priorities.

  • A practical approach to recruiting systems, reporting, and process improvement.

  • Thoughtful use of AI and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and personal connection.

Benefits at Suite:

  • Best in class health & dental

  • Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility (for those located in the Denver/Boulder area)

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Fitness & wellness stipend

  • Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday
Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
